"We used UpperCut Landscapes this year over another lawncare business that we didn’t have a great experience/result with last year. We were hoping for a much better experience, and we sure got it with UpperCut Landscapes! Brad and his team showed up with all their equipment and worked efficiently to get the big job done in a timely manner. I had them thatch, aerate, overseed, and add compost top dressing to our front and backyard. Our front yard is large at 5500 square feet, and was a big job for them to thatch -- so worth the money! Brad has been incredible at responding to our questions, which makes getting ahold of him very convenient. We have issues in our backyard with water standing and have a hard time growing grass back there, and Brad came out and provided me with his recommendations for what seed to put back there and helped grade the lawn to ensure there won’t be pools of water now. Honestly, the whole process from start to finish has been an awesome experience and I would recommend UpperCut to anyone who needs landscape/yard work done. ”09/10 Edit: Updated 4 to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. After expressing concerns about the compost quality, Brad and his crew came back to the house, dethatch and clean up the entire lawn. I was out of town but Brad provided continuous communications, updates, pics and videos. This is top notch customer satisfaction guarantee! He will be back next week (due to rain on 9/11) to re aerate the lawn and top dressing with Orgro compost. WOW!!! Brad is great to work with, his pricing is one of the best in the area. This is my second year using UpperCut. Last year, dethatch and aeration; this year, aeration, over seed and compost topdress. My next door neighbor also used UpperCut for aeration as well. The reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the leaf compost. I found many larger than desirable debris on the lawn when I worked the compost in. I have used Orgro in my previous house and did not find any debris. Orgro is premium compost and also more expensive. To be fair, Brad did ask if I wanted Orgro which will be different pricing. I'm just not used to seeing mulch-like leaf compost. Overall I'm happy with UpperCut. Also had a great conversation with Brad at the end."
